Solution for industrial fire gas system
The design concept and technology of Intersense Shanghai’s industrial fire and gas system solution is an integrated solution based on flame detector and fire alarm, and has the same reliability and usability as SIS and the high automation degree. It can be designed according to the actual production conditions to adapt to the logic control program of current production management, display a lot of information on site through simple pictures, make the millisecond response, timely display various vents on the operating table or monitoring station, and communicate with DCS, PLC, ESD and other systems flexibly through 4~20mA, RS-485, switching value, industrial internet and other methods.
Fire-protection gas detection solution
In addition, our fire-protection gas detector solution can be used in the industrial environment. When the combustible gas leaks and the gas concentration reaches the set warning value of the alarm, the combustible gas alarm can emit the audible and visible signals to warn the worker of taking safety measures such as personnel evacuation, forced ventilation, turning off the valve and the spraying system, etc. Also, the gas alarm can link with relevant equipment that in case of gas leakage in plant production, storage and transportation it can start ventilation, cut off power supply, activate spray system to avoid the occurrence of explosion, fire and poisoning so as to guarantee safety production. It is often used in the chemical factories, oil and gas stations, steelworks and other places where combustible gas is used or produced.
In the principle of “early detection and early disposal”, the energy storage supporting system solution is equipped with the complex detector developed by us independently to detect CO, H2, VOC, smoke, temperature and other parameters as soon as possible, judge those parameters through the integration algorithm, upload those parameters onto the platform through the fire control host, and has many warning settings to avoid wrong and omitted warning so that for the warnings of different levels, the different disposal plans are activated for the purpose of early intervention and active prevention.

The complete series of high-performance smart intelligent gas detectors (photo ionization, infrared, electrochemical and catalytic combustion principles) developed by Intersense Shanghai independently with spirit of workmanship can detect thousands of volatile organic compounds (“VOCs” for short), combustible gases, CO, H2S, O2, CO2 and other gases with the rapid response speed and the extremely high resolution, and be used in various handheld and fixed instrument and apparatus and also widely used in the industrial safety and various environmental monitoring fields!
