The Trax10LS-32 point type combustible gas detector with a measurement range of 0 to 100% LEL (hereinafter referred to as “detector”) is a gas detector which is designed by utilizing the near-infrared spectral absorption characteristics of methane gas. It is suitable for the use in the underground pipe galleries, large-sized LNG stations, mines, gas transportation pipelines, gate stations and other flammable & combustible and harsh industrial environments, and it can continuously measure the gas concentrations in the environments with explosive gases. This detector can measure and display the instantaneous concentration of the gas, and give an alarm when the concentration is out of limit; it is provided with ModBus digital signal output, alarm prompt, fault alarm prompt and relay output. The detector applies the digital processing technology, and the detector is completely intrinsically-safe. It features fast response and real-time monitoring; high precision and good stability; self-testing function, self-correction, high stability and reliability, being basically maintenance-free; large measuring range, long transmission distance, unlikely poisoning, long service life and other technical advantages.
The detector is made of the high-performance large-smooth-surface photosensitive detector and microcontrol technology, combined with the superior SMD process, featuring good repeatability and temperature & humidity characteristics, as well as long service life, easy operation and other advantages.
The design of this product is based on the national standards; compared with the traditional products, it has the advantages of nice appearance, abundant functions and so on.
